Is an external consulting department of Frantschach AG (paper industry).
My planned activity was to develop a data warehouse. Due to problems finalizing the different projects providing the data for the
data warehouse, the data warehouse project was postponed.
So I had to work on projects implementing the sales- process.
During internal change management I decided not to extend my contract and started my career as self employed consultant.

This internet startup company was founded in April 2000 (4 founder + 3 employees) and growed to a company with 40
employees.
My early contact to this company – as consultant (Plaut) for designing an offer to develop a system like that – disposed me to
change to this company.
During my early entrance into this company I had to do different functions in different areas. Working on the business plan,
designing requirements in the technical area (dominantly SAP R/3), Negotiations with bank, technical partners and customers
(Web- Shops) and a lot of other things have been done in an internet startup company.
After finishing the setup and supporting the system for nearly one year, I decided to cancel my employee relationship.
